Shipping policy

Your order will be shipped within 3 business days and confirmation will be sent with tracking information.  If you chose local pick up, please contact us at info@socalfibers.com to coordinate details.

Custom Orders

Once your design is confirmed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your custom piece to be completed. If your selected yarn colors are not currently in stock, additional time may be needed — I’ll let you know right away if that’s the case.

When your piece is finished, I’ll email you with photos, confirmation, and your tracking number once it ships.

Please note that custom orders do not qualify for free shipping. Local customers are welcome to pick up their order instead.
